The loss occurred on a Saturday morning, and I called [RESCON] for assistance. A crew with equipment and a Project Manager responded immediately and stayed until the situation was under control. [RESCON] worked until late that night and all day on Sunday to make sure all affected 18 units were under control. [RESCON] did an excellent job of working with the staff and especially with all of the unit occupants to make sure everything was under control and they were informed on the progress and the process involved.
