Joe brings a wealth of experience to RESCON having built successful business and customer service models that focus on strategic business improvements and operations. We are fortunate to have a results-driven individual who not only manages RESCON’s resources to a fault, but aims to create maximum value for our customers and stakeholders alike. He works hard to lead by example, to inspire us all to work equally as hard to give back, what disaster took.
Q. How would you sum up your approach to Operations?
A. Lead by example, stay humble, and be the positive force in the lives of others.
Q. Tell us what it means to you to work with RESCON?
A. I believe in the work that we do and am passionate about “giving back what disaster took.” I think Teddy Roosevelt said it best: "Far and away the best prize that life has to offer is the chance to work hard at work that is worth doing."
Q. Tell us about the estimable path that led you to us?
A. Well, I most recently had the privilege of serving as Vice President of Operations at SEFA a nationwide network of leading restaurant supply and equipment dealers and manufacturers. My 29 year Army career prepared me meet challenges skillfully and strategically, to lead, problem solve, and listen.
Q. Operations can be intense. How do you decompress?
A. On the golf course or in the kitchen!

Q. You’re no stranger the financial racetrack – tell us how you came to be such a pro?
A. I’ve had the good fortune of helping both private and public companies accelerate growth and achieve scale for long-term financial success.
Q. What made you want to join the RESCON team?
A. The RESCON story. I've had to use restoration services and I know the value of it. Next, I knew my skill set and experience were a strong fit for RESCON and that this is the type of professional challenge I enjoy. Lastly, after meeting [William Graham, CEO], I was excited to work with him, knowing we would work well together in executing his vision for RESCON.
Q. They say when one chapter ends, a new one begins. How did your story start?
A. I was a First Lieutenant in the United States Army where I commanded a platoon during combat operations in Kuwait and Iraq while I was cutting my teeth at Deloitte. Most recently, I served as the EVP and CFO of InfuSystem Holdings, Inc -- a growing healthcare company. I was able to work with another great team and make a significant impact on the evolution of InfuSystem that has seen them experience hyper growth in their valuation and positioned the company for long-term financial growth.
Q. When you are crunch numbers and strategizing, what keeps you busy?
A. I play and watch sports, listen to rock music and attend concerts (especially Bruce Springsteen) and travel with my wife and four grown sons!
